The Pine Mountain Trail Race 40 miler - had a great day! Managed to get in about 40.5 in 9 hours and 43 minutes. Thanks to @ultratrey for keeping me from going out too fast, Jennifer for solid advice and company in the wee hours of the morning (I wish I got a picture at the start), and @gutsrunning for putting on another amazing race! The trail itself had a lot of fun variation and killer views.

Took a little pumpkin on a big trip up Kennesaw mountain again this weekend. @gutsrunning Pumpkin Butt 50k! Really enjoyed running with @toroktoberfest and @hilarykart on the first twoish loops. Completely failed at getting any sort of record of running with friends, but I took so many pictures of my pumpkin. Actually managed to finish it this year - took 7:05 over 31.9mi and 5666ft of climbing. Thanks to Janice and Trena and Sally (who crushed it today) and everyone else at GUTS for putting in so much time and work so that the rest of us can get out and enjoy a run.
